How are you doing? Did you feed the birds and listen to them sing?
Well, now it's your turn! Your challenge for today: think of your favourite hymn (and why it's your favourite) and sing it all day!
Sing God's praise out loud or quietly - he doesn't mind!

Oh hey thats a lovely challenge, dont think the customers would be toooooo chuffed though, you know youve heard me sing!! Will hum it though!! "One more step along the world I go" So reminds me of our guiding days and also our very special Wedding Day. Thanks again Susan x
ReplyDeleteHERE IAM LORD: I just love it, an now I have it in my head Iam going to be humming it all night. Thanx
ReplyDeletehow do you expext me to choose only one? too many favourites, have spent the day going over several of them.
ReplyDeleteTHE LITTLE BIRDIES HAVE BEEN JOINING IN WITH ME ALL DAY - I AM PRETTY SURE THEIR TUNE IS BETTER THAN MINE!
ReplyDeleteLots of lovely hymns - lots of memories - baptisms, funerals and weddings - all mean so much at these times. My favourite - Thou art before me Lord... sung to, of course, Highland Cathedral. The last time I sung it - apart from today - at Jane's wedding last month - what memories - a wonderful service - talked about by many - conducted by yourself. Many memories of singing it in St Magnus Cathedral, whilst we lived in Orkney - different words, but also so meaningful. thank you Susan xx Evelyn Sta
ReplyDeleteJust clicked on to the blog and read what today's challenge is. How strange 'cause having done 3 loads of washing today I found myself going round all day singing ' and the rains came down and the floods came up'! Good old Sunday School favourite.
