This may sound a bit strange but it's easy!
Today I invite you to sniff the air - to smell the world around you.
See if you can smell the weather... smell the scent of your own home... smell the different smells in the shops you go to, in your workplace: country smells and town smells!
Even your family and friends smell (in the nicest possible way of course!) so smell them too.

Sister(no sense of smell)visiting and puts on LOTS of perfume to which I am allergic! Not good. BUT did enjoy smelling the newly mown grass and meal at the Lunch Club.

Oh dear I had loads of aromas today! Got fire going and then loads of blow backs, started cooking and lots of burning smells...I am no delia!!
