40 Day Challenge DAY 23

Quiz show hosts ask you to do it - and I want to do the same.
It's the sort of thing we can keep meaning to do but it can get squeezed out by our getting caught up in so many other things.
What am I talking about?
I want you to phone a friend. Someone you haven't talked to for ages. A friend at a distance perhaps. Catch up on their news. And enjoy!

    Thanks for this - I was planning a wee while in the garden tonight, but now, thanks to you I can catch up on a few phonecalls guilt free!
    You are so good at giving us that little nudge in the right direction. You have made me think of a few old friends whom I'm ashamed to say I have not contacted recently. Thank YOU.

    Challenge done, I had a lovely lnog chat wth an old friend - it was also very nice to be the recipient of a phonecall resulting from the challenge. You are a clever lady.
